• Scientific design: this hand-held device is lightweight and compact; you can easily atomize liquid solutions (e.g. asthma medication, and saline water) anywhere anytime.

• Fine particles: you can create a dense mist with fine particles ranging from 1~5 um. The image below shows the diameter size of particles that different body regions can trap.

• Fast speed: it has a fast atomization rate – during nebulization, the microporous sieve ejects the liquid solution in the aerosol/mist form through an ultra-high-frequency vibration.

• Less noise: through the optimization of piezoelectric components, noise is reduced significantly.

• Fewer residues: the less liquid medicine is left in the nebulizer, the less medicine you waste.
• Flexible modes of spraying: during nebulization, you can use either a mask (we offer face masks for kids and adults) or a mouthpiece; it just depends on your preference.
• Independent components: the main components of the nebulizer are independent of each other; you can easily take them apart to clean and disinfect them.

• Flash-light indicator: when the light is on, it indicates that the device is working normally. But once the light starts to blink, it either indicates that the batteries have run out, or indicates that the battery voltage is too low.
• Health safety and environment protection: the face masks wear comfortably; they are made from polypropylene and don’t contain any DEHP material.
• Automatic shut-off: the nebulizer will power off automatically once it detects the medication cup does not have enough liquid medicine or that the battery voltage is too low.
• Two power-supply modes: you can charge the nebulizer with either a USB port or two AA batteries;
• if the batteries inside the nebulizer are not rechargeable, make sure to pull them out before you charge the nebulizer with the USB port.

Specifically, our nebulizers are typically used to treat respiratory diseases or respiratory-related symptoms, such as cold, cough, sore throat, fever, asthma, pharyngitis, rhinitis, bronchitis, pneumoconiosis, and other diseases that occur in bronchi, alveoli, and thoracic cavity.

• “Why does my nebulizer fail to work after a single use?”

A mesh nebulizer may stop working if its mist outlet is blocked; in this case, you might take out the medication cup and soak it in the hot boiling water for 10 minutes, then dry it out to see whether the device can work normally.
It is necessary to clean your nebulizer on a regular basis; otherwise, the residual liquid medication may crystallize and cause blockage. If possible, don’t forget to clean it later after each use.

• “Sometimes my nebulizer automatically turns off, what is the reason? ”

When there is not enough fluid in the medication cup, it shuts off automatically. This is a safety measure for preventing the device from burning out.

• “Is the mesh nebulizer suitable for any age?”

Yes; and we can provide masks that can be used by the eldergy, adults, and children;

• “How long do AA batteries last in this nebulizer?”

It is determined by the length of time you would like to run the device to treat and clean. For example, if you use 5ml of medicine to treat, later you may need 5ml of hot water to clean. And under normal conditions, the batteries can be used continuously for 3 hours; in other words; if you use our mesh nebulizers 2 times (10 minutes per time) every day, the batteries can last for 10 days.

• “Not too long ago, I bought your nebulizer; but my nebulizer isn’t misting now, why?”

There can be a lot of reasons; but most probably, it is because after repeated use, you do not clean nebulizers thoroughly according to our user manual. Then the residual medication accumulated in the chamber or on the spray can lead to direct blockage of aerosol.

• “To conveniently perform treatment, can I want a longer USB cable that can be inserted into the nebulizer?”

Yes, we can customize the length according to your specific requirement. In general, the length is set to be 1.5 meters, it is long enough for most users.
