All prices listed on the website are in the currency that you choose. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit or debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note that we cannot be help responsible for any discrepancies
caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (Usually within 1-3 business days.)
When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to
check the status.
After you receive the number, follow the order on the tracking order page.
Once your order is verified and your payment has been
approved, processing time begins. This takes approximately 1-3 business days – NOT including
weekends or holidays. After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation order as well once your order has been shipped.
Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email (which may be in your spam or
junk folder.) If you still cannot find it, please message or email us and we will provide it to you.
In these cases, we recommend getting in touch with the courier or shipping provider ASAP –
they’ll usually resend your package the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their offices.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these next
steps:
Search around your door for a notice of attempted delivery.
Look around the delivery location. In order to protect your order from theft or weather, some
delivery drivers might leave it around the bushes, in a grill, in a plastic bag, around your porch or
another place where it can be protected.
Make sure someone else hasn’t received your package. It’s also likely that a family member that
was available at your residence or a neighbor received your package.
Wait 36 hours. Sometimes shipping companies marked an order as “delivered” while the
package is still in transit. If after waiting this period of time, please get in touch with the shipping
company.
If all above steps were unsuccessful, please contact us immediately and we’ll assist you further.
You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel your order once it has been confirmed.
